- Ingredients:
1 cup oats (soak in water for 20 mins)
1/2 cup soji
curd
salt
onion
cilantro
Green chili, Ginger
Recipe: - Grind all together soaked oats, rava , curd , rice powder , salt, green chili and ginger..keep it for half n hour
- Make smooth batter for dosa, add onion, cilantro and make dosa.
This is very healthy and low calorie recipe.. I read about this recipe in my orkut community IHM, And tried it.. It's now one of our fav. healthy, instant and tasty breakfast recipe
