Ingredients:
Ricotta cheese 200 gm
Sugar 1/4 cup
Anjeer 3-4 (cut )
Almonds 1/4 cup ( shredded)
cardamom 5-6 ( powdered)
Saffron little bit soaked in 1/4 cup milk
Recipe:
Take a cooking Pan and add the ricotta cheese ,Stir it continuously for 10-15 mins and Make mawa (khoya) from it.
- Let the mawa cool down.
- Add sugar, powdered cardamom to the mawa..
- again heat it for 2-3 mins and mix well. let it cool down .
- make equal size of balls from the mawa..
- take each ball in hand and make it small katori shape, stuff it with anjeer and almond pieces.. carefully close it and press with fingers in the centre of each ball...
- Take the saffron soaked in milk, garnish each laddu with saffron colour ..
U can garnish with pista as well as almond pieces. Refrigerate it for 2-3 hours before serving..
Sweet laddu stuffed with Anjeer and badam is ready to serve..
